Dubois Youth Activities, Inc. will again be hosting Community Suppers as part of their Job Skills program- Culinary & Hospitality course. The Job Skills program is designed to give students the work ethic, communication skills, and hands-on experience necessary to be successful in the 21st century workforce.
![]() The Community Suppers, which are free of charge, are the working classroom for the culinary/hospitality students. This sevice learning experience provides them with the educational and occupational skills that are unique from what is learned within classroom walls.

Sunday April 22, 2012- Help us celebrate Global Youth Service Day! During this supper, DYA is hosting a food drive for the Dubois Community Food Bank. Please bring a food item to donate! DYA would like to thank the five local businesses that have sponsored a community supper. Without the generosity of organizations and businesses such as these, we would not be able to provide such a valuable and needed service to our community.

The DYA Young Entrepreneurs will be selling their wares at the Women's Expo in Dubois on Friday, Nov. 4th, and also at the Dubois High Country Senior Center Christmas Bazaar on Saturday Nov. 19th.
Students in the Young Entrepreneurs Program gain a basic understanding of micro economics through student operated business ventures in order to prepare them for the 21st century workforce. Students learn to buy supplies, create product, market their wares, and determine profits.
Items include handmade western and seasonal jewelry, as well as holdiay hot cocoa snowmen-- hope to see you there!

DYA is pleased to welcome two new TRAP employees, Jerid McCabe and Megan Molthen! We are so glad to have you on board!
TRAP is going full-swing now that school is back in session. Through October, the DYA van is picking students up at school at the end of the day for TRAP. The school bus picks students up at 5:15 at the new building (304 Hays St.) and takes them home via the normal route.

Summer TRAP Begins Tuesday June 14th!
The summer schedule for TRAP is from Noon to 5 pm Tuesday through Friday. We will NOT be open on Mondays. Ben Gale will be back with us this summer, which means on Fridays we will be getting ready for the rodeo. Wednesdays will be our swimming day, and we will be going to the KOA from 3-5 pm, so bring your swimming suit and a towel. Other upcoming activities include:
